About Me

I have always been interested in people, how they construct their lives, build relationships, and make choices. Curiosity and interest in human behavior led me to become a counselor, then a coach, group facilitator and speaker.

I chose puzzle pieces as my logo as the pieces of our lives continually change throughout our lifetime. Creating your best life is about recognizing what fits at what time, learning to not force, and learning to let go when it is needed. It's also about having the right set of tools on the journey.

I have made this journey many times throughout my life and recognize the necessity of having the right tools to support you. I also recognize the challenge of figuring out how the pieces fit together when life suddenly changes.

For more than two decades Iíve worked with clients at various junctures in their journeys. These experiences have provided me valuable insight into helping people grow through their challenges and transition into new and fulfilling chapters of their lives.

Come create your best life with me!

"Working with Patricia could not have come at a better time for me. I was feeling stuck in my jobÖ The coaching allowed me to step back and review my options with honesty. The homework helped me to follow through and hold myself accountable. Patricia's feedback was always honest yet nonjudgmental, teaching me how to talk to myself and work past anxiety and fear. "
